Hi, I'm Aniesa. Mom to 2 brilliant boys who have helped drive this passion to support other divorced parents. I can see the impact the divorce has had on my children and this has fueled my desire to support other divorced parents who may feel lost, defeated, isolated and filled with despair.
My own journey of healing from heartache led me to using embodied techniques (yoga and Biodanza) and then Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to get the results that 1 wanted. Life has taken on new meaning for me as I released the burdens that consumed my thoughts and actions and embraced all that is joyful, incredible, magical and sacred about being alive! Its been more than 15 years of finding a way to become my own best friend and loving me in spite of the experiences that caused immense pain and suffering.
